Asphalt Plant Operator/Rotary Dryer-Kiln Experience- Seeking operator with REQUIRED 3 or more year's hands-on experience in efficient operation of asphalt plants/rotary dryers/drums/kilns. This is a full time, year round position; no layoffs! Requires knowledge of the capabilities of the equipment; basic knowledge in electricity and mechanics. Knowledge of materials, methods and tools involved in rotary dryer operations. Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures. Must be able to work varying schedules to support customer needs and make sound judgments.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
